Bahan-bahan Sambal Matah yang Harus bunda Siapkan
- Sediakan 10 buah of bawang merah, potong bulat.
- dibutuhkan 3 batang of serai potong tipis2.
- Kamu Butuhkan 5 of atau lebih cabai rawit merah potong bulat.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1 buah of jeruk limau, cuci lalu potong menjadi 4 atau 6 bagian.
- dibutuhkan 1 buah of jeruk limau untuk diambil airnya.
- Kamu Butuhkan secukupnya of Minyak goreng.
- Kamu Butuhkan secukupnya of Garam.
- Sediakan secukupnya of Gula pasir.

Langkah-langkah & Proses Membuat Sambal Matah
- Siapkan bawang merah yg sudah diiris dalam mangkuk.. siram dengan air panas (untuk sedikit menghilangkan rasa langu bawang), aduk2 sebentar kurang lebih 30detik lalu tiriskan..
- Stelah itu masukkan/jadikan satu serai dan cabai rawit yg sudah diiris2 dan jeruk limau ke mangkuk isi bawang merah tadi. Bumbui garam dan gula pasir secukupnya.
- Lalu panaskan minyak goreng, dan siram ke mangkuk, aduk2 rata..lalu tambahkan air jeruk limau, aduk2 rata... Cicipi... Jadi deh 😊🤤❤.
- Note : Jeruk limaunya boleh hanya diambil airnya saja atau dipotong2 kecil dicampurkan ke mangkuk. Atau seperti diatas. 😉.
