Bahan-bahan Sambal Matah yang Harus bunda Siapkan
- Sediakan 1 buah of Tomat hijau (bisa yg udah agak merah) ukuran sedang.
- Sediakan 15 buah of Cabai rawit.
- Kamu Butuhkan 3 buah of Bawang merah.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1 batang of Serai (batang yg putih aja y *15cm).
- Kamu Butuhkan 4 lembar of Daun jeruk (buang batang daunnya).
- dibutuhkan 1/2 buah of Jeruk nipis.
- Kamu Butuhkan secukupnya of Garam.
- dibutuhkan secukupnya of Gula pasir.

Langkah-langkah & Proses Membuat Sambal Matah
- Cuci bersih bahan-bahan kecuali jeruk nipis 😁.
- Iris² tipis daun jeruk (*ingat buang batang daunnya agar tidak pahit), bawang merah, cabai, dan serai. Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk.
- Potong kecil² tomat hijau, campurkan ke dalam mangkuk. Tambahkan gula, garam. Beri perasan jeruk nipis. Aduk rata. Cicipi rasanya. Klo udah oke, sajikan..
- Aku ga pake minyak panas u/ disiram ke sambal ya. Krna ga suka. Klo kalian mau sambalnya sedikit berkurang pedasnya bsa disiram air panas sebelum disajikan..
- Biar awet sambalnya ditaruh di kulkas, dicover sama plastic wrap ya. Bisa tahan bberpa hari..
- Enaknya dimakan sama nasi anget, telor ceplok, atau ayam suwir, ikan bakar, ikan goreng, apapun enak. Sama gorengan aja juga enak 😁.
