- dibutuhkan 120 g of susu cair hangat.
- Kamu Butuhkan of 2 Bowl.
- Sediakan 135 of tepung cakra.
- dibutuhkan 15 g of butter.
- dibutuhkan 1/2 tsp of garam.
- Sediakan of Bahan cross.

Langkah-langkah & Proses Membuat Hot cross buns / roti sobek silang
- Aduk bowl 1 sampai muncul bubbles (gelembung udara), artinya ragi sudah aktif..

- Uleni adonan hingga kalis dan cek hingga window pane.
- Bulatkan adonan dan tutup dengan kain lembab selama 1 jam (fermentasi 1).
- Setelah 1 jam, kempeskan adonan dan bagi menjadi 8 dan bulatkan. Letakkan di loyang yg sudah di lapiskan baking sheet dan dioles mentega.
- Tutup kembali adonan dengan kain lembab dan diamkan selama 40 menit (fermentasi 2).
- Sambil menunggu fermentasi, campurkan bahan cross dan masukkan kedalam plastik segitiga.
- Setelah selesai fermentasi, semprotkan adonan cross diatas roti.
- Panggang selama 25 menit suhu 170’c.
- Setelah matang, oleskan dengan polish.
