- dibutuhkan 1 bungkus of enoki.
- Kamu Butuhkan of Minyak goreng.
- Sediakan of Bahan Pelapis.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1 butir of telur.
- Sediakan Sejumput of garam.
- dibutuhkan of Tepung Pelapis.
- Kamu Butuhkan 4 sdm of tepung terigu.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1 sdm of tepung maizena.
- Sediakan of Kaldu jamur.
- Sediakan of Lada bubuk.

- Cuci bersih enoki, potong sedikit pangkalnya.
- Kocok telur dan sejumput garam.
- Campur bahan tepung pelapis dalam wadah.
- Masukkan enoki ke dalam telur.
- Lalu masukkan ke dalam tepung sambil dipisah2 tp jangan kejauhan manti kangen, eh 🤭.
- Taruh dipiring (saranku step ini skip saja karena yg bawah keburu basah tepungnya, lebih baik setelah terlapisi tepung langsung masukkan ke minyak panas).
- Panaskan minyak.
- Goreng pada minyak panas dengan api sedang.
- Hidangkan dengan selada.
