Bahan-bahan Enoki Beef Roll yang Harus bunda Siapkan
- dibutuhkan 250 gr of daging tipis (saya pakai US Slice).
- Kamu Butuhkan 1 bungkus of jamur enoki.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1 sdm of saos tiram.
- dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt of merica.
- Sediakan 1/3 sdt of garam.
- dibutuhkan of Bahan Saosnya.
- dibutuhkan 3 siung of bawang putih.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1/4 siung of bawang bombay.
- Kamu Butuhkan 4 buah of cabe rawit.
- dibutuhkan 2 sdm of saos tiram.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1/2 sdt of merica.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1/2 sdt of garam.
- Sediakan 1/3 sdt of gula pasir.
- Kamu Butuhkan 1/2 gelas of air.
- dibutuhkan 1 sdm of tepung maizena.

Langkah-langkah & Proses Membuat Enoki Beef Roll
- Bumbui daging dengan saos tiram, merica & garam lalu diamkan selama 20-30 menit.
- Sambil menunggu daging bisa sambil rebus jamur enokinya selama 3 menit aja biar, jangan sampai terlali layu ya (saya tetep pilih direbus dulu soalnya takut ga matang saat dipanggang 😅).
- Gulung jamur dengan daging lalu panggan diatas teflon. Gunakan api kecil ya. Panggang sampai semua sisi matang.
- Untuk saosnya siapkan bawang putih, bawang bombay & cabe lalu potong potong. Setelah itu tumis dengan sedikit minyak sampai harum.
- Tambahkan air, saos tiram, garam, gula, merica & penyedap secukupnya. Koreksi rasanya, jika sudah ok sesuai selera maka tambahkan maizena dan aduk sampai agak mengental.
- Tuangkan saos diatas daging kemudian sajikan 😊.
